Mr. Moses Yidana is Head of the Transfer Pricing Unit at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Moses has been driving the GRA Transfer Pricing Unit's capacity-building effort to build a formidable transfer pricing audit team. Moses with his team has conducted and closed significant transfer pricing audits. Mr. Yidana is also a facilitator of GRA, and DTRD training programs.
Prior to joining GRA, Moses worked at Deloitte & Touche Ghana, leading its Transfer Pricing team and business tax. While at Deloitte, he was involved in providing Transfer Pricing Documentation, Transfer Pricing audit support, and consulting services to multinational clients. Moses was a regular facilitator of Deloitte Ghana School of Tax (DSOT) training and
other training programs. He was seconded to the Deloitte Kenya Transfer Pricing team where he worked on several transfer pricing assignments. Mr. Yidana has participated in various international conferences, seminars, and workshops as a facilitator, or panel member for programs organized by OECD, ATAF, WBG, and the South Africa Institute of Taxation.
