Michael is an Associate Director in charge of Transfer Pricing in the KPMG tax unit in Ghana. He has been with the transfer pricing unit since 2012 and has been involved in providing transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to a number of companies, across several sectors of the economy. His clientele includes both local and multinational companies in the banking, insurance, Transportation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and consumer market industries. He has advised clients on the various aspects of the Ghana Transfer Pricing Regulations, including devising, documenting, and implementing transfer pricing policies. Additionally, he has facilitated a number of seminars and training programmes for the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

He also brings to the table a wide and diverse range of work experience including compliance and operational audit positions with Genworth Financial, Eastman Kodak, the Virginia Department of Taxation (Sales and Use Tax), and the US Treasury Department. He has been representing a number of clients during the Transfer Pricing Audit by the Ghana Revenue Authority.
