Kofi is a Senior Manager at EY Ghana, where he specialises in the provision of transfer pricing services to Multinational Enterprises. Before EY Ghana, Kofi worked as an Associate at another Big Four firm, as a Senior Analyst at Servled Africa Ltd, as a Wholesale Credit Analyst at Fidelity Bank, and as an independent consultant to the Presidential committee that reviewed the strategic direction of Ghana's National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).

Kofi has over 12 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial services, tax, and economic consulting, with 7 of those years as a specialist in Transfer Pricing. Over his career, he has served clients in the mining, pay TV, oil marketing, insurance, and government sectors. Kofi's tax research areas are transfer pricing, BEPS impact, tax policy, and tax reforms. He is also a sector specialist in the areas of economic policy, health sector reforms, and public sector reforms. Kofi works in the International Tax Services team, specialising in transfer pricing and BEPS impact advisory, and representing clients in Transfer Pricing Controversies. Specifically, he advises clients on Permanent establishments and determination of residency, Thin capitalization, Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance, Application of Double Tax Treaties, Structuring, and Restructuring.
